Due to higher-than-expected demand, our 2027 Appointment Books are currently awaiting restock. We’re working to have new stock ready as quickly as possible.

Shipping Begins 1st week of November

Orders for 2027 Appointment Books will begin shipping from 1st week of November.

If you have already placed an order, there is no need to take any action. Your order will remain confirmed and will be processed as soon as stock becomes available.

Why Is There a Delay?

We want to be transparent with you about what's causing the current delay.

Due to the ongoing El Niño drought, the Panama Canal Authority has significantly reduced the number of daily vessel transits. This has caused a large number of cargo ships to reroute away from the Panama Canal and instead arrive via Los Angeles, before travelling onward by rail to the rest of the US.

This unexpected rerouting has created severe congestion at the Port of Los Angeles and at inland rail stations, resulting in significant delays across the entire shipping industry — delays that are unfortunately outside of our control.

Additionally, US Customs is currently conducting heightened inspection checks on incoming shipments during this peak season. While this is a standard procedure, the increased frequency of checks means some shipments may experience additional processing time before being cleared for delivery.

What Are We Doing About It?

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we have secured space on an expedited freight service that bypasses the port and rail congestion. 

This is why we are confident in our 1st November shipping date and remain committed to honouring it.

What Happens Next?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that orders will be dispatched in the order they were received, so delivery dates may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.
